3EM Architects is a Sydney-based architecture and structure practice working primarily across multi-residential, mixed-use and developer-led residential projects.

Our work combines design quality with technical coordination and delivery discipline. We are interested in buildings that are commercially viable, carefully resolved and enduring — places that balance planning, structure, materiality and the experience of living.

Alongside our larger residential projects, selected private houses allow us to explore craft and detail at a more intimate scale.
